Service Description
We pick up your car seat, clean it according to the manufacturer's cleaning instructions using baby-safe products, and return it the next day. The service price is $85; an additional $15 may apply if the seat requires heavy or extensive cleaning. Please provide the complete pickup location when booking.
Cancellation Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee, Cancellation & Refund Policy By booking a vehicle detailing service, you acknowledge that appointment time, preparation, supplies, and scheduling are reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may also be subject to this fee. No refunds will be provided after the detailing service has been completed. If you notice a missed area or have a service-related concern, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, return once at a mutually agreed date and time to correct the missed area or issue. Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition. Vehicles with excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, odors, damage, neglect, or other severe conditions may not be able to look 100% restored. We will make a reasonable effort to improve the vehicle’s appearance, but complete restoration cannot be guaranteed. The satisfaction guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, stains or odors that cannot reasonably be removed, damage caused by the customer or another person, or concerns reported after the 24-hour notice period. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
